1. Product Returns:

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support and request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Gemstones, Rudraksha, or personalized products are non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy:

If a product qualifies for a return, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for services such as astrology consultations or energy readings once they have been provided.

3. Return Process:

To return a product, contact our customer service and provide details of the defect or issue.
If the return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

4. Special Conditions:

No returns or refunds will be accepted for used gemstones or Rudraksha products.
If a product is returned without a valid reason, the refund will not be processed.
